Crosby Bolt Type Wide Body Shackle | G-2160 – 1,000 Ton

This Crosby G-2160 wide body shackle is engineered to maximize sling performance and safety in demanding lifting applications. Its increased bow radius provides at least 58% more sling-bearing surface, improving usable sling strength by a minimum of 15% while eliminating the need for a thimble. Constructed from forged alloy steel and quenched and tempered for superior strength, it features a hot dip galvanized finish for long-term corrosion resistance.

Crosby G-2160 Wide Body Shackle Increase Sling Efficiency and Strength

Designed for high-performance rigging, this wide body shackle enhances sling life and load efficiency by reducing stress concentrations. The non-rotating bolt design provides added security for long-term or permanent installations, making it a preferred choice for synthetic and wire rope sling applications in industrial and offshore environments.

Key Features
